Brand Tibhar
Type: Smooth
Speed: 67
Spin: 60
Control: 92
Hardness: 35
Sponge Thickness: 1.8,2.0,Max
|
|
The manufacturing process of Tibhar Rapid Soft is based upon a special kind of sponge, which is mainly made of synthetic rubber. The effect is amazing. Attacks are uncomparably spinny. Glued or not, there is no speed or spin loss. So with Rapid Soft, softer does not now automatically mean slower!

rapid soft |
| good for blocking if you are playing an overly aggressive opponent. on the other hand a let down on the attack. inconsistant spin and speed. would be a good choice for a player with a weaker backhand or forehand to block and keep points alive. bad choice for a rubber to finish off a point. |

Good rubber |
| This is a good rubber for looping, however I agree that durability is an issue. |

Worth checking out... |
| A relatively low throw rubber - works well for intermediate to advanced loopers and beyond...Ive used this on the Butterfly VSG21-1000 blade, and it is a great combination...On the minus side, as mentioned below, durability is not this rubbers strong suit |

Excellent Performance BUT Short on Durability |
| I second the initial review of this rubber...One thing to add: The rubbers sponge is really great and reacts well when speed glued or boosted. Better than most...if only they could make it last a little longer |

Rapid soft |
| Rapid soft is really a good rubber but it wears out quickly, after a while it looses all spin, but its really get for players looking to spin |
