The Dr. Neubauer Firewall Plus is similar to the Firewall, but the first thing you will notice is the Firewall Plus does not have the shaking sound of the Firewall. This enhancement of Dr. Neubauer’s best-selling allround blade has a slightly modified plywood compostion and still offers an excellent control. Firewall Plus enables a dynamic offensive game with reversed rubbers or short pimples. The ball can be accelerated easily for both hitting and looping thanks to its balsa core.

This blade also offers a very good feeling for all passive strokes. It produces high spin reversal and fast attacking possibilities through aggressive pushing or lifting when used with long pimples.
Best-Seller for Good Reasons!!!

Oversized with a thick balsa core and a thick handle but with a surprising low weight. This is a beast of a blade. Ideal when used with long pips. Great offensive capabilities. The ad for this blade is accurate. No wonder it's a best-seller!

Not a good blade.....

I bought this blade because 3 others gave their opinion on it with rave reviews. This blade is way faster then a 79 and the control is awful. The blade has a horrible feel and made me play way worse! Its like losing 50 plus dollars...down the drain.

Ive tried a lots of blades using SP and LP rubbers but so far FIREWALL PLUS is the best blade for those rubbers. I have Dawei Quattro 388D-1 LP for my bh and 729 Friendship Dr. Evil SP for my fh, both rubbers work wonder offensively and defensively with FIREWALL PLUS.

What can I say!!! It's a thick blade but it has "GREAT" touch. I use JUIC 999 ELITE "DEFENSE" 1.5mm for my forehand and Dr. Neubauer SCALPEL 0.6mm for my backhand. I've tryed all types of blades and I always go back to this. It really has good touch and control of all the blades I've tryed. And because of the balsa core you get great spin revrsal and wobbing balls with long-pips. Mauiboy
