On Sunday, May 31st 2015 the bay area community came together to applaud ICC's Annual Table Tennis Fundraiser which raised $250,000 to nurture tomorrow’s champions and for the startup expenses for the brand new 20K sq. foot Table Tennis Center. Of the $250K, $125,000 was raised by the 300 people who attended the fundraiser and another $125,000 was matched by co-chairs of the Table Tennis program Anil Godhwani and Steve Westly with some help from India Community Center Board of Trustees and the India Community Center Board of Directors. Close to 300 diehard Table Tennis fans, supporters and players flocked to ICC’s Table Tennis Center for a historical event featuring exhibition matches between USATT CEO Gordon Kaye, Canadian Table Tennis CEO Tony Kiesenhofer, top ICC players including Lily Zhang and Jiaqi Zheng.
