TIBHAR developed this blade to fit the young beginning player in both size and performance. The handle and blade size are smaller than normal, although they are slightly larger than the Samsonov Premium Contact Junior blade. This four ply also has a high level of control, giving the beginning player a boost in confidence as they develop their playing skills.
