Hi, About a week ago, Judy called me with a question about a Web order that had raised a red flag. That was my first indication that someone had somehow obtained my credit card number and personal information and was using it to order merchandise.

Thanks to your vigilance and quick action - and your willingness to go to some lengths to track me down and let me know - I was able to cancel the credit card immediately. At that point, there was only a single charge that will have to be dealt with; had this gone on without my becoming aware of it, undoubtedly there would have been many more problems to unravel and additional costs to all parties concerned.

I just wanted to make you aware how grateful I am for the time that you obviously invest in scrutinizing orders to recognize potential fraud. I'm sure that many companies would have just let this go through (as did another table tennis company, as a matter of fact). You've made all of

I, as well as many of my friends in the clubs where I play, will continue to faithfully use your services for we believe that Paddle Palace is simply the best. However, even the best service providers can make mistakes. What separates the best service providers from their competitors is that when mistakes are made, as a best practices service provider you acknowledge your oversights and look how to correct them. My instinct tells me you will probably talk with your pickers and shippers in your own un-imitable way. At some point, when the time is right, in your own un-imitable way tell them what a great job they do and that people like me really appreciate their work. I haven't played the game in over 15 years but back in the early 90's I purchased all my equipment solely from Paddle Palace, and at that time I spent thousands of dollars on rubber and blades. Your pickers and shippers back then were top notch, and I have no reason to believe they are otherwise today. Thanks!!!I bet a lot of your customers play at clubs once or twice a week like me and have a great desire of getting an order just-in-time to play on the next club night or two. Hence our willingness to pay for 3-day or faster shipping. Again, your quick assembly time - 1) makes that possible and 2) really pleases us!It's also great that you offer Specials (discounts) on the colors and sponge widths of Popular rubber sheets. I wasn't expecting that. Nice bonus - now I have money for a double racket case! That'll be part of my next order :)Also - shipping --- I've had concerns with other shipments showing up when I'm not there and causing a day delay or it being left without a signature guarantee and risking someone else taking my delivery --- but I added a comment to specify UPS "Hold For Pickup" which is FREE, and y'all took care of that for me.. So, I know it'll be safely delivered to my nearest UPS store and they'll call me when it's ready... probably hours before the truck would actually deliver it.
