“I started my official TT journey with a Hadraw 5 which is an incredible, 5 ply wooden bat, but found myself wanted to play more aggressively and get more speed. I splurged on a used Viscaria Super ALC on eBay for a good price and proceeded to make a fool of myself for the next few months, overshooting many balls and getting some of them really fast on the table. After some healthy humility, I landed on the innerforce, ALC, and asked for one in the 87 to 89g range which Paddle Palace gratefully sent over an 88 g model. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase, I found myself as an intermediate player getting many more balls on the table during defensive, play and blocks, in my short game, and also still able to get the same kind of power that I got from my Viscaria Super ALC. I’m a huge fan and I think I found my racket for the next few years at least. Don’t hesitate. And buy from paddle palace and leave a note on weight as they seem to honor those requests!”
