Good ball for older adults, especially beginners. Easier to see and hit than the smaller ball. Longer rallies are possible with less speed and spin on the ball. The 44mm ball takes a little getting used to if you have been playing with the 40mm ball, but in the long run, it is a fun ball to play with. The older adults I work with at the senior center really like this ball.
