hard to go wrong with this blade. its one of the true classics,. I own several and the consistency is top flight-even though one was bought years ago and another was purchased in the last couple of years. I use one for hardbat with Cobalt, another has pips on one side with Coppa on another. While this is not a fast blade, if you use a fast stroke you get plenty of pop on loop drives. I roomed with the Apple at the Princeton US Open 1981 and he was a really nice fellow so I originally bought the blade when it became available for that reason. I am glad I did. Its not an expensive blade and it will serve many different styles well.
