Donic Epox Power Allround blade is a fast allround blade, featuring a well-balanced combination between speed and control. The light weight speed-elastic allround blade allows its use for all playing strategies of modern table tennis. The Power Allround veneer acquires a relatively high rigidity due to the epoxy resin gluing, giving the necessary speed for an attacking game.

Donic Epox System: Each blade a high quality original Donic Epox series veneers are not glued with a liquid glue, but with a gluing coat of Epoxyd resin. The five veneers with epoxy coating are pressed together adding heat for 20 minutes. During this process the Epoxy coating liquefies and glues the veneers together. The middle veneer and two intermediate layers consist of monoblade veneers. Only veneers of one piece are used with this monoblade technique. Other traditional techniques often use several pieces which are put together. This means each pressed veneer is only used for one blade resulting in a unique blade of high-quality. The unique method of gluing the plies of the EPOX-blades with Harz-Epoxyd ensures their rigidity. Depending on the particular ply formation, extra power and speed are achieved. The blade has superior control without unpleasant vibration. The edges close to the handle are carefully rounded off. This is the main reason why each blade of the DONIC EPOX series is very easy to handle. Many players hold the handle differently for forehand and backhand shots. Due to the smooth, rounded handle, this presents no problems.

The Donic Fineline Covered System: An overall sure thing The Donic Epox blades have an edge protection made of Fineline wood and are manufactured with the Donic Fineline technology. This innovative design has a 360° edge protection, which guarantees that Donic Epox blades look perfect for a long time. Due to their thin outer veneers, these blades are also very light in weight. The combination of these refined technologies has created a high-quality product: A new blade series constructed by an up-to-date techniques and carefully manufactured with a love for the detail. Donic Epox blade series - READY for TAKE OFF in a new DIMENSION.
A Sleeper

This blade has a stiff feel with a unique vibration due to the gluing process. Direct feeling speed that would suit hitters that play mid/close to table. Great for pips due to the inherent stiff feel. Speed is closer to OFF-. Great feeling FL grip with zero sharp edges. Works great with medium speed rubbers like Magna, Sriver, Vario, for an allround game or pair it with tensors for a fast controlled offensive style. A great choice for aggressive allrounders or offense with control.

Liked the blade... until it snapped
5/30/2012

I always take extremely good care of my table tennis rackets. No one uses them but me. My Donic Epox All-Around blade snapped and it certainly wasnt from abuse. That blade never struck the table... or anything else except a table tennis ball. I also always kept it in a case. I wasnt going to mention it until I saw that it also happened to someone else... so I thought I better let potential buyers know that mine snapped also.

Just feels right

Tried a lot of blades and settled on this one. Great feel with excellent control on all types of shots. A little livelier than an All+...maybe an Off -. Recommend this blade highly for the aggressive all around player.

Great Paddle
1/22/2012

I bought it for my son and it works great. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great paddle.

Just as described! All Around.... yet offensive!

This thing is great quality. I am impressed with how spot on the description is. Take a all-around looping blade, and stiffen it up some to make it an attacking loop blade, and there ya go. If your looking for a all wood looping blade thats a little stiffer than soft, this is a great answer.

Great paddle and a great deal
12/23/2010

Bought the Donic Epox Allround with DestoF3 and 2MM foam as a replacement for a Donic Waldner 1000. Although this paddle is lighter than the Waldner, it delivers much more power with less effort and I have just as much if not more control. Overall, this blade/rubber combo has great feel and provides adequate power for me at my level of play. This blade is of excellent quality.

great blade!

this was my first good blade. i had bought a few of the imposter blades before this one, and all i can say is WOW. this blade is as advertised. fast enough when i need it to be, very good touch and blocking, and very good for looping. i opted for the straight handle which is a good fit. i will probably try another blade along the epox line very soon.

Great paddle for an amature player looking to get better
10/16/2009

This is my first paddle when I first started seriously getting into the game. It has great durability from what I can tell, a large sweet spot, and well balanced with its weight. I bought it at the 99$ combo special price and I felt like I got a steal on this paddle.

I love this blade!
4/2/2009

I bought the Donic Epox Powerallround blade when it first came out, around October 2008. I have found the quality to be outstanding. At this point I have the Platin Soft, max sponge, and its perfect for my looping game, and the setup gives me the extra kick I need for finishing.

Broken after three months
3/14/2009

I purchased this in December 2008 and in March 2009 the paddle snapped in two where the handle/blade come together while bringing the paddle back from a forehand. The paddle was not mistreated in any way. Played well while it was still together, but will go with another brand to get better quality this go round.
